This wine feels old world and earthy with a bit of spice. According to the winemaker it’s “deep ruby garnet with red berry flavors combined with notes of spice and bell pepper in the background. Pairs with all meats, poultry, wild mushrooms, and strong cheeses.”

James Suckling index gives Chateau Greysac wine 90 points. They note it is a blend of merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and petit verdot.
