Instructions
Add the Wet Ingredients
Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dijon mustard together first into the serving dish. Stir with a fork.
4 tbsp olive oil ,
2 tbsp red wine vinegar,
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
Add the Tomatoes
Using a serrated knife, halve the cherry tomatoes lengthwise (so they don’t squirt when you cut them).
2 10 oz cartons cherry tomatoes
Add tomatoes to the bowl.
Stir gently folding into the dressing.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mediterranean sea salt ,
ground pepper
Serve
Serve at room temperature. Enjoy!
Notes
Tomatoes are like meat. You’ll do less damage to the tomato and will not have to press hard at all if you use a serrated knife to cut.
