chopped roughly

grilled chicken strips
or 2 packets of Tru Grilled 8 oz grilled chicken strips (find in Costco)

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients and seasoning first.
Combine, the Greek yogurt, mustard, honey, lemon, salt, and pepper. Stir with a fork.
1/2 cup Greek yogurt ,
4 tbsp whole grain mustard,
1 1/2 tbsp honey,
1 lemon,
1 tbsp Mediterranean sea salt,
3 tbsp Black pepper
Add the grilled chicken. Stir breaking up the chicken pieces with a wooden spoon into bite sized pieces and making sure the sauce coats the chicken.
1 lb grilled chicken strips
Add the kale. Stir with wooden spoon combining well.
1 bunch kale
Add the cashews. Stir again until it is well combined. Enjoy!

Notes
I like to serve it at room temperature, but you really could serve it warm or cold too. Serve with triscuits or your favorite crusty bread.
