Place a large piece of aluminum foil over a pan. Place a second piece of aluminum foil over top of it, so you have two layers.
Wash and trim the Brussel sprouts. Cutting off the ends and halving or quartering (depending on the size) them.

Place cut Brussels onto the foil.
Peel off the skin and thinly slice the onion. Place on the foil.

Dice peach. Place on the foil.

Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables. Add salt and ground pepper to taste.

Gently toss the Brussels sprouts medley with two spoons so that they are coated in olive oil. Salt and pepper once more to taste. It takes more ground pepper than you think, be liberal.
Turn on the grill to medium heat.
Remove the foil sheet from the pan and place on the grill.
Grill for about 22 minutes at medium heat.
Remove from heat, using a spatula serve, and enjoy!
