Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and stir to combine.
1/3 cup olive oil, 4 small limes, 3 tbsp honey, 1/4 cup cilantro, 1 tsp dried oregano , 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tbsp dried za’atar seasoning, salt, 2 medium red onions
Pour 1/2 each into two gallon sized bags.
Cut 3 lbs. of boneless, skinless chicken into fajita sized chunks.
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken
Place 1.5 pounds of chicken in each gallon sized bag with marinade. Ziplock.
Shake thoroughly until rub coats the chicken. Refrigerate until ready to grill or at least 2 hours.
Dump out marinade onto a piece of aluminum foil on the grill.
Grill at medium to medium high heat on a piece of aluminum foil for about 10 minutes. Flip with a spatula and grill for another 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!
