- 4 bananas overly ripened
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup raw filtered honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut oil Target’s unrefined virgin coconut oil has a stronger coconut flavor that I love.
- 2 cups whole wheat white flour King Arthur's brand
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Place muffin liners into muffin tin.
In a large bowl, combine mash four large bananas.

Add Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and coconut oil. Stir.

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir until smooth, not clumpy.
2 cups whole wheat white flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, salt to taste
Spoon batter into muffin tin liners about 3/4 (or slightly more) full.
Bake in oven for about 22 minutes.
