Lime Greek Yogurt and Other Toppings

I use whole milk Greek yogurt

Instructions
Make the Pineapple Salsa
In a food processor, dump in pineapple, jalepeno, red onion, apple cider vinegar, and cilantro.
1 can pineapple chunks,
1 jalepeno,
1/2 medium red onion,
1 tsp apple cider vinegar,
1/2 cup cilantro
Press pulse. Until roughly combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Make the Lime Greek Yogurt
Add Greek yogurt and 1 lime gratings and juice to a small bowl. Stir with a spoon until well combined.

Air Fry the Tilapia
Cover the baking sheet with a large piece of aluminum foil.
6 filets tilapia
Place 6 Tilapia filets on the baking sheet. Pour 1/2 tbsp of olive oil over each filet.
3 tbsp olive oil
Sprinkle 1 tsp of ground cumin and ½ tsp of chili powder to each filet. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle juice of 1 lime over the tilapia filets.

Air fry at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Assemble!
On a flour tortilla, add 1 fish filet. Top with pineapple salsa, a dollop of lime Greek yogurt, avocado slices, and pad choi greens.
