Mix dough, place in a greased bowl.
1 tsp salt, 2 tsp dry active yeast, 1 tbsp raw sugar, 4 cups 100% whole wheat white flour, 1 cup Greek yogurt, ¼ cup warm water, 1 tsp baking powder, ¾ cup warm milk
Allow to rise 1 to 2 hours in a warm place.
Melt butter.

Mince garlic and add to melted butter.
4 cloves garlic
Add cumin and cilantro.
2 tsp cumin, 4 tbsp fresh cilantro, ½ tsp salt
Stir with a fork to combine.
Roll out the naan. This makes a lot, I made my naan pieces about 8 in long and 4 inches wide, but you can decide how big to make yours.
Heat griddle. A skillet or pan works well too.
Add naan pieces and watch until you see small air bubbles in the dough. Brush with butter sauce and pick up with tongs.
Turn to the other side on the gas burner. Flip to lightly brown on each side.
