Preheat the oven to 525 degrees Farenheit.
Place your pizza stone in the oven.
Tear a large piece of parchment paper and place it on your wood pizza peel.
Saute chickpeas and red onion for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and place in a bowl.
1 can chickpeas, 1 medium red onion
Roll out the dough to make a thin pizza crust. Place the crust on the parchment paper on top of the wooden pizza peel.
Spread your homemade tzatziki sauce over the pizza crust.
Sprinkle sautéed chickpeas and red onion over the pizza.
Use half a jar of sun dried tomatoes and dot over pizza.

Dice ¼ cup of Spanish green olives. Spread over pizza.

Place pieces of raddichio over the pizza sparingly.

Dot with 1/3 ball of buffalo mozzarella.

Once the oven is preheated, slide the pizza with parchment paper onto the pizza stone. Bake 6-10 minutes depending on how hot your oven gets. Watch closely, it will cook quickly!
