deseeded, washed, and roughly chopped

with stems broken off, about 2 cups

apple cider vinegar

tbsp
raw honey

Mediterranean sea salt
to taste
ground pepper
to taste

Instructions
Make the Smoky Salsa
In a food processor, with the serrated blade attached, add diced tomatoes.
1 can diced tomatoes,

Add jalapeño, garlic cloves, cilantro, apple cider vinegar, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add olive oil.
1 large jalapeño,
4 cloves garlic,
2 large handfuls cilantro,
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar,
1 tbsp raw honey,
2 small limes,
Mediterranean sea salt,
ground pepper,
1/2 cup olive oil
Press on and let the food processor blend for about 15 to 30 seconds. Serve with chips, or as a topping for your favorite tacos or fajitas! Enjoy!

Notes
For spicy smoky salsa, add 3 tsp of crushed red pepper and plenty of salt to taste!
