In your Instant Pot, pour in 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and turn on the "sauté" function.

Close the lid and turn off the saute function. Close the steam valve. Press "soup" and set the timer for 30 minutes.
When Instant Pot is finished cooking it will beep. Allow to vent naturally or manually.
